Our driver will meet you at Srinagar Airport and take you for a tour of Srinagar. You’ll visit the well-known Mughal gardens, including Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). These parks are located on the banks of Dal Lake. Nishat Bagh is the bigger of the two parks and has many beautiful Chinar trees on its highest level. Both gardens are designed with a balanced layout featuring center waterways and waterfalls that separate several garden decks. Visit Pari Mahal, Cheshmashahi, the Botanical Garden, and the Shankaracharya Temple. Check into the hotel. Have dinner and spend the night at the hotel in Srinagar.
Leave for Pahalgam, the “valley of shepherds,” in the early morning. This location is at the confluence of the tributaries that pour from the Lidder River and Sheeshnag Lake. En route, visit the Awantipura ruins, a temple that was constructed by King Awantivarman and is 1100 years old and dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Upon your arrival in Pahalgam, you may either explore the natural grandeur of the area or take a leisurely stroll to Baisaren, which is approximately 2 kilometers from Pahalgam. A small village set in a pine and fir forest is aesthetically appealing and provides a delightful view. Accommodation at a hotel in Pahalgam for the night.
After brunch, take a ride on the world’s highest and longest cable car, the Gondola Cable Car (at your own expense). Experience the beauty of this snow point by engaging in horseback riding, photography, and retail. Return to Srinagar in the afternoon and explore the remaining areas of the city. Experience a comfortable overnight stay on a houseboat in Srinagar in the evening.
As your journey through the enchanting valleys of Kashmir concludes, take with you unforgettable memories of serene lakes, lush meadows, and majestic mountains. Relive moments like a tranquil Shikara ride on Dal Lake, breathtaking views from Gulmarg’s Gondola, and the idyllic beauty of Pahalgam and its valleys. Whether it’s the warm hospitality, vibrant culture, or nature’s wonders, Kashmir leaves an everlasting impression. Return home with a heart full of joy and stories to cherish forever.
